Job Description
AND Academy invites candidates to apply for the role of Course Advisor within our Admissions & Outreach team. This role involves providing guidance to potential students, ensuring effective lead management, and meeting set admissions goals.
Responsibilities:
- Calling up and counselling prospective students about AND Academy and its program offerings.
- Calling target minimum 80-90 calls in a day and follow up on calls /work on lead generation as per assigned targets.
- Work towards admission targets set by the team.
- Use the customer relationship management system to manage and regularly update prospective student accounts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication (English and Hindi, written and spoken)
- Interpersonal skills
- IT Skills and knowledge of MS Office word/ Power Point/ Excel
