Roles and Responsibilities
· Taking Incoming calls of customers and capturing important details in the system.
· Understand the customer's query and provide resolution.
· Document accurately.
· Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending to their queries and helping them take consultations with doctors.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Hindi, Basic English & No MTI Issue)
· Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
· Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
· Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
· Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on-call)
· Listening skills.
· Awareness about digital payments platforms.
