Job Description
Welcoming & escorting customers
Performing SOS ( Service on Seats)
Interacting with customers and solving their queries amicably
Selling tickets at Box Office, managing and handling cash transactions
Preparing and selling F&B Products in Concessions and Coffee Tree area
Reporting all issues and challenges to the Assistant Manager in a timely manner
Ensuring basic cleaning as per Company's Hygiene Guidelines
Ensure smooth Shift Opening, Handover and closing
Upselling, Suggestive Selling and Cross Selling to increase the revenue of the cinema
Assisting other team members to ensure smooth operations
