Job Description
Answer customer queries and clarifying them by providing accurate information
Resolve customer queries by exploring the answers and relevant alternative solutions
Determine the customer’s requirements and assisting them as per the process
Capture & Maintain customer demographics accurately
Complete necessary transactions on each call
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Keep a tab on the changes in process & be update
Route the escalations as and when required
Must be a Graduate (Preferably Paramedical Graduate).
Candidates with1-2 yrs of experience in any Paramedical Activity
Candidates with1-2 yrs of experience in Calling Activity
Commitment & Dedication to work and grow along with the organization
Good Communication Skills (English, Telugu & Hindi)
