Job Description

Responsibilities :  
  • Do site inspection and figure out the networking needs for the client to suit our  product  
  • Networking, Setting up access points, routers, servers, firewall etc.  
  • Windows Server networking  
  • Knowledge of network security  
  • Windows desktop support  
  • Troubleshoot Level //3 network issues  
  • Effective engagement with customer (written  verbal)  ensure Customer Satisfaction  
  • Proactive involvement of Technical Leads / Management in resolving critical  issues. 
  • Writing Tech documents covering best practices  Tshoot approaches for a  product/issue.    
Required : 
  • Prior troubleshooting experience  
  • Willing to work in 4 Support (Including Night Shifts)  
  • Prior experience of Voice and On Site based technical support  
  • Excellent communication (written  verbal) skills
