  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution & complete customer satisfaction
  • Review new customer’s accounts and financial details to combat fraud or any other potential abuse of the system.
  • Learning about your company's products and services and keeping up to date with all changes
