- Handle calls from customers regarding seats availability
- Providing reservation details and book tickets
- Provide information regarding flight arrival departure status
- Minimum Qualification: +2
- 0 to 4 years experience in Customer Service
- Must speak fluently in English and Hindi
- Salary: Rs.11,500 - Rs.12,500 (take home) + 4000 approx incentives + Free Air Travel
- Rotational shift
- Location: Chennai OMR
- Process 2 - BPO - Semivoice
- No. of vacancies : 5
- Make welcome calls to customers
- Update customer feedback online
- Address and resolve complaints raised by customers
- Minimum Qualification: +2
- 0 to 4 years experience in Customer Service
- Must speak fluently in English and Hindi
- Salary: Rs.11,500 - Rs.12,500 (take home)
- Day shift
- Location: Chennai Nungambakkam
