 I am looking for Customer support (Voice process) in the Teleperformance Flipkart process in Indore .

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  
• Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing
  feedback to the staff.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
  
  Skills
  
  
• Good Communication Skills (English Fluent ).
• International Contact Center Experience is preferable
• Telecom Experience to be strictly avoided.
•  Graduate or under Graduate both can apply .
• The age limit is 18-35
• Need Immediate Joiners
• The interview rounds will be HR/Client.
• A system with 8GB RAM/Windows 10 and an internet speed of a minimum of 5mbps .
