Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for handling user issues/queries over emails and chats
- Responsible for handling customer queries over emails by replying to them with possible solutions.
- Replying to user's issues or queries via in a proficient and professional manner
- Handling Chat queries related to post-sales and answering to users
- Communicating with sellers to receive updates about dispatches and deliveries
- Working within the timelines defined for responding to emails and chats
- Should be able to handle and alleviate customer frustration and issues
Required Experience and Qualifications:

Skills Required:
- Should be emphatic, courteous & always express a sincere desire to help
- Having experience in handling business emails
- Capable of creating fluid sentences with impeccable grammar
- Candidate must possess the 'Customer First' mentality
- Should be a self-learner and highly self-motivated
- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
The candidate Must have strong sales knowledge.
This position requires candidates to work in Night Shift. He/she will be required to adhere to strict work timings.
Should be able to speak English & Hindi fluently.
