- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails, calls, and Wati (WhatsApp Business API).
- Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders by contacting customers over the phone.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
- Actively upsell products and convert support interactions into sales opportunities
- Follow up with the potential leads to close sales and encourage repeat business.
- Address and resolve new customer queries regarding products, services, shipping, and more.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure that all COD orders are accurately confirmed and processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication: Proficient in clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Lead Follow-Up: Proficient in following up with potential leads and converting them into sales.
- Fluency: Proficiency in languages relevant to the customer base.
