- Handle a team of support executives
- Handle critical customer queries
- Ensuring Quality throughout the customer support
process
- Coordinate with all depts
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Engineer/Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 5 – 8 years
- Preferably a male candidate with high element of
common sense.
- Must have Building materials knowledge
- Customer centric approach to handle issues
- Must be able to s communicate in three languages
– English, Hindi and Telugu
- Must have basic knowledge of Technology.
