We have an Urgent Opening for our Banking Chat Process -International (US )-Night Shift.
Job Description:
Designation: Customer Support Officer.
Qualification: Freshers with Any UG & PG degree(All Semester mark sheet and Course completion Certificate).
Please note: Backlogs can be considered. (Max 4)
Shift: 5:30 PM to 9:30 AM (Any 9 hrs Rotational)
Week Off: Any 2 days consecutive week-off (Rotational)
Age criteria: 18 -29yrs.
Fresher / Non-BPO experience can be considered
Eligibility:
· Good English Communication skills required.
· Should be able to frame sentences without any grammatical errors (like Tenses, Articles etc)
· Should have basic computer skills with the minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
· Clarity of speech and thought is expected.
· A positive and energetic personality is desired.
· A quick thinker with a knack to handle situations effectively is desired.
