Job Description
Ferdinand Wealth Management Pvt Ltd a prominent company in the personal finance & financial planning space is looking for Customer Support cum Operations Executive to support the operational and service functions of the company.
Preferred Candidates:
- Home makers with relevant experience who would like to make productive use of time & wanting good work-life balance.
- Students pursuing their education through correspondence
Timings:
- Monday to Friday – 9 hour Shift (Between 9am - 6pm)
- Work hours can be flexible for home-makers.
- NOTE - Outstation candidates NEED NOT apply

- Attending to & Following up on phone calls
- Processing & following up on service/complaint tickets
- Checking & replying to emails
- Data Entry (Online & Offline)
- Scheduling appointments
- Following up with Customers & Business Associates
- Running reports
- Book- keeping & Managing of records
- Browsing the Internet for research work
- This is totally an office job. There are no sales target.
- The only target expected to be met is 'Punctuality' and 'Discipline'
