Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Filing

Scan, organize, and file documents in both digital and physical formats.

Label and categorize records systematically for easy retrieval.

Assist in maintaining organized filing systems.

Support for Business Teams

Provide data entry support to finance, HR, sales, or operations teams.

Prepare simple reports or summaries as requested.

Assist in data collection for audits, surveys, or projects.

Administrative Assistance

Respond to basic queries regarding data entries.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Assist with clerical tasks such as printing, photocopying, and organizing files.
