Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs across key marketing channels to deliver business KPIs
2. Drive user acquisition and brand awareness through organic activities on social media channels
3. Create content (social media, blogs, and infographics), manage posts and online brand reputation
4. Identify top-performing channels and drive organic growth experiments
5. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
6. Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. leadership and operations) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
7. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
8. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
9. Acquire B2B and B2C customers and ensure the customer service is top-notch
10. Manage the whole sales cycle, create and update sales funnels
