Job Description

Counseling Students who are looking for the Study Abroad and Training for GRE/GMAT/SAT/IELTS/PTE/TOEFL.
Follow up Counseled students for enrollments.

Center Manager Key Responsibilities:

Counseling students with all possible options in Study Abroad, based on requirement of the students and advising best possible Country.
Informing about the training services offered for study abroad with full details. Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all students counseled.
Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with student Support enrollment process
Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.
Coordinate with respective team for the Admission Services, Faculty Timings
Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Center Manager
Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal
Maintain inventory of students kit and ensure issuing to students as per process
Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads and referrals
Maintain confidentiality of data, Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timeliness
Pro actively up selling and cross selling relevant products
Managing Tele Caller team, with the walking.
Updating and training the Tele Caller team about all products and services.
