About your new role
● Handling student admission processes for International study destinations, effectively
addressing their queries regarding studying abroad and providing comprehensive
consultancy with an end-to-end solution.
● Attain a complete understanding of students' eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course, and University/College.
● Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation
and other mandatory requirements.
● Responsible for handling all aspects of the admission process including case filing with
the university; updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing and
address to any student query.
● Working on the in-house tools and CRMs.
●Any other task assigned by the Manager.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
●An ideal candidate would be someone 0-6months experience in counselor
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools.
● Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills.
● Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi. Effective interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with the students/clients.
● Responsible and motivated to give the best of his/her abilities.
● Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets.
●Knowledge of MS Office is a plus
