- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
- Lead generation through cold calling.
- Counselling prospective students as well as working professionals.
- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns in an open and non- judgemental way.
- Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
- Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
· Assist students with university and course selection.
· Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
· Helping students to prepare for admissions applications.
· Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counselling to suit their skills.
· Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counselling programs.
· Offering referrals to outside resources.
· Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
· Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
· Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software
· Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
· Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
· As a counsellor, you play a key role in the life of a student. You are helping them make a big decision on a career path and choice of university, so take pride and responsibility in such a massive undertaking.
