Candidate should able Door to Door marketing
Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and introducing the company’s products or services.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by consistently closing deals in the assigned territory.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Act as a point of contact for customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or telesales teams and convert them into customers.

3. Territory Management:

  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to visit potential clients within the assigned area.

  • Maintain a strong presence in the field through regular client visits, market surveys, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor competitors' activities and pricing to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

4. Product Demonstration and Presentation:

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and trials as per customer requirements.

  • Explain pricing, features, benefits, and terms clearly to ensure customers understand the value proposition.

  • Distribute marketing materials, catalogs, and brochures during field visits.

5. Order and Payment Handling:

  • Generate sales orders, process quotations, and follow up for payments and invoice clearance.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products or services and coordinate with logistics and support teams for order fulfillment.

  • Keep accurate records of transactions, collections, and client communications.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate daily reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

  • Submit weekly or monthly performance reports to the Sales Manager or Regional Head.

  • Use CRM software or sales tracking tools to update customer profiles and progress status.

7. Team Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to share insights and strategies.

  • Work with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine products, services, or marketing campaigns.
