Job Description
Please note, we have a contract roles for 2 year (can extend one more)
Candidate should have good product knowledge covering FX, Bonds, Interest Rate Swap having Middle Office or Back office exposure.
“The objective of the role is to support Front Office & Client Support covering AU & NY region in execution of daily business activities for Markets Business.
Candidate is responsible to perform Lifecycle Event management for all products handled by Front Office & Client support (FOS, Funding).
This role works closely with various stakeholders including Sales and Structuring, Trading, Markets Operations, Product Control, Market Risk and project management teams.
Markets Front Office & Client Support Analyst is required / responsible for:
- Experience in financial services with extensive middle office experience.
- To be the first point of contact for the Front Office & Client Support for all issues (across asset classes & products).
- Liaising and following up any issues with Operations/Product Control/Business Practices and investigate booking/settlement/matching issues.
- Trade Lifecycle management - Cancels/Amends/Reissues/Expiries/Exercises/Allocation across product (covering FX, Bonds, Interest Rate Swap & other derivative products)
- Support funding requirement for Markets business and ensure all required action has been taken with in currency cut off time.
- Demonstrate collaboration across the business with all internal and external stakeholders and enablement areas.
- Perform Analysis on recurring exception to build, suggest STP capabilities.
- Identify and support in implementation of improvements to existing processes that minimise operational risk to the business and enhance the business’s client service offering.
- Co-ordination of UAT/Implementation of front office system migrations and developments.
- Propose and lead changes to current processes.
- Contribute to and encourage overall team effectiveness.
