Handling Customer inbound Calls with 0 to 2 years experience.
Making the follow up calls for the complaints
Attending feedback calls
Keep the track of complaints in Excel.
Good communication skill is mandatory.
comfortable with rotational shifts.
Girls will be allowed for day shifts.
To be able to speak effectively with the customers.
Must possess good to excellent communication skills.
Must have listening skills.
Must be able to adhere to company policy.
Ensure that customer information is handled with responsibility.
Adhere to login hours and must be punctual & disciplined.
Languages we are hiring for - English / Hindi.
Any 12th pass / Graduate fresher or experienced can apply.
