Game Designer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain design documentation on the project
-Designing and prototyping Console-specific UI and HUD elements
-Provide best UI/UX solutions for Console version
-Work in close collaboration with Game Artists and Developers
-Adapting a game for Console input (customization, etc.)
-Gathering common info about a project and bringing main ideas to the team
-Making presentations for the team about a project
-Bring and present improvements and ideas to the team
-Up-to-date knowledge of current online, social, and mobile game best practices.
Qualifications:
-experience on Game Design position
-Profound Console and PC gaming experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent understanding of gameplay fundamentals
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team
-Passionate about game mechanics, accessibility, UI effectiveness, iterative design, playtest.
-Bachelor’s degree required; game design degree a plus!
