- should have proper knowledge about EPBAX, room key card
- should be able to communicate with the guest and work in a good environment with the other staff.
- should have knowledge about restaurant and bar. should have knowledge about the banquet.
- should be able to handle the hotel software.
- should have knowledge about the Wifi and LAN.
