Hi Applicants,
We are looking for a Female Night HR Executive for our ISBT doon business park branch, to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Overseeing the hiring & training
2. Taking Interviews
3. Maintaining attendance of employees
4. Grievance Handling
5. Documentation of employees
6. Monitoring benefit programs.
7. Designing company policies & setting objectives
8. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
