Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee files, attendance records, and HR metrics.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
