Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Applicants will be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- Will be responsible to design, understand and update job descriptions.
- Responsible to source potential candidates from various online job portals (e.g. social media and other platforms like Indeed, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
- Applicants will be responsible to craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidate and Screen incoming resumes and job applications.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video call and F2F) and advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and participate in job fairs and in-house recruitment events.
- Will be responsible to send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- To evaluate the candidate for fitting the requirement and to schedule & coordinate for interviews.
- Should have an effective follow-up with candidates and gather feedback and de-brief candidates after interviews.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Maintaining of candidates database/ trackers.
