- This Job requires Very good Spoken English, as a HR you need to Take Telephonic Round of the Candidates and then Lining up them for further Rounds to different Companies.
- Taking Interviews of the candidates over the phone and also face to face Interviews in order to check their communications and job profiles they are looking for, Lining up them for Interviews .
- Selecting candidates for All positions and Keeping a regular follow up with the candidates for their joining and offer letter status. Must have a good communication skills in English.
- Interacting with the Candidates Face to Face once they come for the Interview.
- Excellent Working Environment as 97% StaffCandidate should be MBA in HR ( Not Compulsory).Relevant experience in IT Recruitment .
- Experience in hiring with the help of job portals & social networks.
