Job Description

Candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding
Handle employee engagement
Provide administrative support
Coordinating office activities Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly Talent acquisition targets - through sourcing directly and driving employee referrals within the required TATs
Track and report on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements; contribute to an engaging and upbeat working environment 
To proactively understand the business strategy and translate into high impact people interventions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
