We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and team management, and supporting overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain employee records and attendance
Team guidance
Support employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
Track employee performance reviews and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
12th pass

Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
