- Responsible for taking ownership of caller queries, provide active support to employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes across the world.
- The role includes performing transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer.
- Provide answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs form part of your primary duties.
- This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time.
- The role will also provide you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes.
- As part of the role you will also be able to collaborate with Operation Leads, Stakeholders and Operation Managers to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users etc.

- A proven hands on experience on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.
- Deep understanding of MS office Products. You possess a strong level of accuracy
- You have worked in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes.
- You have a Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage.
- You have serviced multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment (preferred).
- Prior experience of working with partners across regions, and are capable of working across cultures.
- You are good with improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently.
- Reliable, patient, and resilient and service oriented and are also committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice.
- adaptable and are able to learn new solutions and systems quickly. Furthermore, you are self-starter, motivated for professional development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are flexible working in all the shifts including night shifts.
- Dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
