Job Description
Job Description & Desired Profile:
Some of the basic skills required:
- Should be well versed and if certified is an added advantage in FP&A
- Should have good communication skills Should be able to write content on FP&A
- Should be an immediate joiner
- 3 to 5 years in domain training - F&A
- Should have good communication skills - written and spoken
- Supervise the training session and be top of everything that
- happens in the class with content
- Prepare reports for all that happens in the session end of day
- Location: Vijayawada
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Imparting Training sessions on Process, Soft skills and Communication Skills for students
- Conducting Assessments and developing multiple training effectiveness gauging tools and processes
- Designing of the training module and content on different training conducted for multiple audiences
- To arrange the yearly course calendar and co-ordinate all activities around the training courses
- To provide monthly and quarterly training reports and recording training charges.
- Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
