The intern would be responsible for managing our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, etc. The role demands hands-on experience with various job interview formats, including screenings, phone interviews to help us recruit faster and more effectively. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing profiles from different channels
2. Screening resumes
3. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to the team
4. Performing phone interviews with candidates
5. Coordinating interviews with the team
6. Working on regular job posting on social media & job boards
7. Following up on the interview process status
