Sparkles Dental Clinic has 3 branches in Lalapet, Malkajgiri and Nacharam. You can join in any branch
1. Screening resume & schedule an interview
2. Onboarding new hires, explain company policies
3. Assisting with HR administration tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks and routine HR operations.

Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.

Help maintain and update employee records in the HR database.

Participate in employee onboarding and orientation activities.

Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and engagement initiatives.

Conduct research and benchmark HR policies, best practices, and industry trends.

Support performance appraisal and training coordination processes.

Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of HR processes.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Strong interest in HR and people-oriented roles.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
