Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) invites application for the position Senior Manager

1. Position: –Senior Manager - Marketing.

3. Educational qualifications and Experience:
a) Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with a Post graduate Degree/MBA from a reputed Institution.
b) Candidate should have a minimum of 18 years’ experience out of which a minimum of 10 years should have been in a Sales and Marketing or Management Consulting role. A candidate who has been in charge of designing and developing learning interventions for large or medium organizations, will also be considered suitable. Candidates with experience between 14 to 18 years of work experience can also apply and may be considered for a Manager Position subject to meeting the educational and experience requirements.
c) Fluency in English, Hindi; ability to communicate in Kannada would be an added advantage.
d) Experience with a Higher Educational Institute or an EdTech organization is preferred. While it is not a must-have requirement, an international exposure will add value to the candidature.
e) Exposure to working in a Digital work environment
4. Compensation: The candidate will be paid with a minimum Basic of Rs. 67700 per month, plus applicable DA (currently at 31% of Basic), HRA of 23% (on Basic), NPS employer contribution of 14 % (on Basic and DA), outpatient medical reimbursement up to 30,000 per annum, medical insurance cover of Rs 5,00,000 for self, spouse and 2 dependent children and other applicable benefits as per IIMB contract appointment norms.
