We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be
responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand’s
influencer marketing campaigns. He/ She will focus on building a team of
influencer and affiliate partners for the brand, manage communications,
and coordinate with the rest of the influencer team and marketing team to
get maximum impact for the influencer campaigns that we run.
Influencer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative
● Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers
● Building an influencer ecosystem for e-commerce/start-ups.
● Research relevant influencers and contact them.
● Build good relationships with influencers.
● Negotiating with influencers
● Monitor influencer activity, analyse their performance, identify areas
of improvement, and recommend
● Research relevant industry experts, competitors.
● Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer/ affiliate/
● Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate
marketing strategies that work across different channels.
Requirements & Skills :
● Master’s degree in Marketing, communication or relevant field
● 2+ years of experience in building an influencer ecosystem for
● Highly driven and resourceful candidate (fast-paced start-up
● In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
● Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
● Time management skills
● Ability to think and strategize plans

Office Time: 10 AM – 7PM (Monday-Saturday )
