Job Profile : International non voice 
Job Description: 
To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the leading MNC. 
Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction. 
Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor. 
Qualifications and eligibility criteria: 
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate(BBA,BA,MA,BCA,BSC,BMS) B.tech and commerce graduates please do not apply
Good verbal and written communication skills. Communication must be good.
Freshers only(2018-2019)
Comfortable with night shifts 
Must have all mark sheets upto graduation. 
Immediate joiners only. 
IF CANDIDATE IS GETTING SELECTED THEN COMPANY WILL BE PROVIDING FREE LAPTOP OR DESKTOP TO WORK FROM HOME AND PROPER TRAINING WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED WITH SALARY.
Salary Offered : Freshers- 10k in hand per month, 13k ctc per month 
Shift time: 5:30pm to 2 am(Mon to Fri),Sat & Sun fixed off
