Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Fresher to join our technical team. The role involves providing technical support, assisting with troubleshooting, and helping maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support

Provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Respond to user queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Assist employees in installing, configuring, and updating applications.

Document and track issues, solutions, and resolutions for future reference.
2. System Troubleshooting & Debugging

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Support the IT team in debugging application errors and fixing technical glitches.

Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.

Participate in root-cause analysis to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
3. Software & Hardware Maintenance

Assist in installing, updating, and managing operating systems like Windows, Linux, or Mac.

Support the IT team in managing antivirus software, firewalls, and security tools.

Help in maintaining hardware inventory and ensure systems are up-to-date.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware replacement or repair.
4. Networking & Connectivity

Provide support for LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi-related issues.

Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls under supervision.
-
Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot outages or slowdowns.

Maintain accurate records of IP addresses, network configurations, and device mappings.
5. Collaboration & Requirement Analysis

Work closely with team members and project leads to understand IT-related needs.

Participate in requirement analysis discussions for new systems and upgrades.

Assist in implementing software solutions based on user and project requirements.

Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical operations.
6. Learning & Development
-
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in IT.
-
Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars conducted by the organization.

Continuously upgrade knowledge in networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.

Learn and implement automation tools, DevOps practices, and IT security protocols.
7. Adherence to IT Standards & Security Policies

Follow organizational processes and IT protocols for efficient operations.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security standards.
-
Report any potential security breaches or vulnerabilities to the IT Manager.

Assist in implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and networking concepts.

Familiarity with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Understanding of MS Office, email configuration, and productivity tools.

Knowledge of antivirus, firewalls, and IT security basics.

Exposure to database systems, cloud platforms, or scripting languages (optional but preferred).
