Door to door visit for solving the technical queries/difficulties for customers to connect to the Internet.
Troubleshoot the TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN, WIFI connectivity through phone/visit.
Troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems.
Achieve the TAT limits for customer complaints.
Recover the company assets from the customer premises.
Should posse's basic knowledge on Hardware, Networking, and Operating Systems etc.
Good Communication. Desktop /Laptop troubleshooting. Knowledge on Servers. Network devices and Access points.
Basic background on IT Infrastructure Good knowledge of Hardware Installation/ Troubleshooting. Networking, Routers
Installing, supporting and maintaining LAN, Electrical wiring & company.
Provide technical supports to clients on technical issues
Handling field calls and technical assignment.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Install, repair and upgrade all network and provide technical and onsite support.
Maintain quality of services and perform preventative maintenance
