5 yrs
Role: ITSM Product Development and Consulting (OTRS)
Responsibilities:
· Perl and PHP using MVC - Decent hands-on understanding of programming using MVC frameworks
· MySQL database - Skilled in writing complex database queries, understanding advanced aspects of creating databases, tables, fields etc.
· Debugging code - Ability to debug self-written code
· Linux - Fundamentals of frequently used Linux commands and ability to write cron jobs
Technical Skills: Perl/PHP using MVC framework, MySQL, Linux
