Job Description:
- Screens incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Provides feedback to assist in the creation of performance improvement goals and the development of training programs.
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- To ensure ability to write test plans and test cases.
- To communicate bugs to developers and other solving of technical problems
- To ensure the ability translate technical requirements test to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs to think abstract
- To ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find bugs in Quality Management Software and experience in technical aspects of software solution being process understanding.
Criteria:- Fluent Communication skill and computer knowledge should be good.
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Fresher /Experienced in Quality analysis
Smart, having knowledge of client handling techniques and analysis of services
