Job Description:
SE Pvt Ltd is hiring fresh graduates or early-career engineers for a junior-level role in
Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) and pole annotation workflows for U.S.-based telecom
infrastructure projects. You will be trained to use specialized tools to annotate field data,
assist in pole audits, and prepare engineering inputs for structural analysis.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in OSP (Outside Plant) engineering, with
exposure to tools like O-Calc Pro, Katapult, and GIS-based annotation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing pole attachments using field photos and data captured in Katapult.
- Annotate poles with heights, cable types, and attachment details.
- Prepare pole data inputs for use in O-Calc Pro for structural analysis.
- Work with KMZ files, spreadsheets, and GIS tools (Google Earth, QGIS).
- Learn to interpret utility standards (NESC/GO95) and clearance requirements.
- Support QA checks, field data validations, and pole audit reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure project accuracy and on-time delivery.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (2023/2024/2025) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Interest in structural design, telecom networks, or GIS applications.
- Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Earth, or CAD/GIS tools (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn technical documentation.
- Comfortable with remote communication and project coordination.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Exposure to field data, LiDAR, GIS, or utility pole design
during academics or internships.
- Awareness of U.S. telecom/utility infrastructure or
design standards.
Role Details:
- Location: Anywhere in India (Remote / Hybrid)
- Shift: India daytime with 2–3 hours overlap with U.S. EST (as needed)
