Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting, handling, and vetting contracts including service contracts, employment contracts, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, settlement agreements, etc.
2. Drafting legal notices and initiating civil suits for recovery
3. Drafting and reviewing internal policies
4. Reviewing and advising on legal compliance
5. Providing active support in tender processes
6. Providing active support to finance, collections, HR, and other core functions of the firm
7. Handling exhaustive legal research pertaining to issues arising out of the nature of business and other live issues

Other requirements

1. BA/BBA LLB from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India

2. Skills & experience in litigation, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, tender processes, due diligence processes, and compliances

3. Strong drafting skills; should be familiar with contract vetting and drafting

4. Strong research skills for preparing research notes

5. Good command over the English language
