Lead - Content Developer
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Need good understanding of accessibility standards.
- Experience in handling epub/ ebook projects.
- Understanding of ebook readers and hands-on experience with few ebook readers
- Study, understand and analyze project requirements and deliverables.
- Set methodologies and workflows for project execution.
- Create effort estimations for technical tasks and define productivity norms for the teams.
- Prepare production checklists and guidelines.
- Train team members and suppliers on project related requirements and processes.
- Manage the teams and suppliers on a daily basis.
- Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review process.
- Ensure the delivery schedules are adhered to Identify possible risks at production level and communicate the same to stakeholders.
