Job Description
- Should be able to understand the company business and domain strategies
- Should be aggressive towards achieving Sales/Business Development/Revenue targets
- Increase prospect database with continuous Research
- Identify and develop sources of Potential clients by involving into cold callings and scheduling meetings
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options
- Maintain deal databases and recording matters for precedent, marketing, and business development purposes
- Prepare deal lists for each supported practice, as well as specific geographical and industry sectors, in connection with various business development opportunities
- Effectively communicate with prospects/clients to gain commitment
- Develop and maintain relationships with the prospects/client with a go-getter attitude
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
- Examining risks and potentials and estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating, developing and negotiating contracts
- Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and protects organizations values by maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials in connection with business development opportunities
- Undertake any Sales/BD related activities as specified by CEO
- Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports regularly for the planned activities
