Job Description
To handle day to day business transactions
• Customer queries and provide effective resolution
• Ensure quality of business through proper process adherence
• Increase the Branch business through business development activities
• Consistently cross -sells and up -sells
• Promotes multiple products and services.
• Sourcing of Secured Loans or Unsecured Loans.
Conduct customer verification at business /residence premises as part of credit appraisal.
• Collect payments on past due bills/ loan.
• Create & manage a list of customers who have not made payments & organize list according to severity of delinquency.
• Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
