Machine Operator Responsibilities: 

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle. 
• Control and adjust machine settings. 
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines. 
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. 
• Operate multiple pieces of machinery when required to perform job duties at each station. 
• Test operation of machines periodically. 
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift. 
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. 
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. 
• Maintain activity logs. 
• Maintain punctual time and attendance in accordance with company policy. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. 
• Perform necessary pre-operation inspections to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment. 
• Attention to detail, ensuring correct processes are taking place while performing job duties. 
• Perform other job duties that fall within company expectations.
