Overview:

We are looking for a Machine Operator under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to operate, maintain, and oversee manufacturing machines in a production environment. The selected candidate will undergo on-the-job training to develop skills in machine handling, quality checks, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation & Production Support:

Operate industrial machines and equipment as per company guidelines.
Monitor machine performance, speed, and efficiency during operations.
Assist in the setup and calibration of machines before production runs.

2. Quality Control & Maintenance:

Conduct basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or defects to supervisors.
Perform routine maintenance like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts.

3. Safety & Compliance:

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
Wear protective gear and ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Adhere to NAPS training guidelines for skill development.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain logbooks and production records for daily operations.
Report any incidents, breakdowns, or inefficiencies to the team lead.
Participate in training sessions and assessments as part of the apprenticeship.
