Job Description
1. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
2. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
3. Creating and managing short and medium-term goals
4. Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
5. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
6. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
7. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
8. Working on strategy and growth tasks with the marketing lead
9. Working on client success tasks with a client-first attitude
10. Producing and managing organization development activities and plan

You will get to work with a two-time founder and co-founder of Cambridge Wealth, a digital wealthtech startup. His journey has been across working with top banks in the US to senior management at PWC London and now back in India after 12 years. You will get to learn about how to do a startup close-up first hand, including digital marketing, product, business analysis, and financial services operations. This is a paid position, and the position is a full time-based position based at our office in Deccan Gymkhana, Pune.
