Job Details:

Performs as a member of a virtual team, servicing clients across Canada and working with colleagues on deliverables; including providing guidance to associates as appropriate and peer review/QC for the work of others, as needed.
Provides general business research which supports marketing and professional service staff.
Identifies appropriate secondary information, conducting exhaustive reviews of information.
Evaluates, edits, and focuses search results before sending them to requestor (providing the added value of preventing information overload), create new information reports and deliverables with use of issues and analysis, and deliver clear, crisp tailored results ready for use.
Delivers standard research products in compliance with established templates and practices.
Responsible for supporting all Research work streams and same day research requests.
Monitors Research contact points (voicemail and email box) and enters research requests into the appropriate work request management system.
