Job Description – Marketing Executive
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to:
- Approach and onboard new vendors.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to approach and onboard new vendors, manage relationships, and ensure timely payment collections. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Identify and approach potential vendors to expand the company’s network.
- Negotiate and finalize vendor agreements, pricing, and terms.
- Maintain long-term relationships with vendors and ensure smooth business operations.
2. Payment Follow-up & Collections
- Track payment cycles and outstanding balances for vendors.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
3. Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the sales and procurement team to align marketing strategies.
- Support in promotional activities and marketing campaigns related to vendor partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to improve vendor acquisition efforts.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions, contracts, and payment status.
- Provide regular reports on vendor performance and collection progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
